Delivery Information

Delivery Charges
We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka. Delivery charges are calculated based on product weight & distance. Delivery charges can be calculated on your Shopping Cart before finalising the order by choosing the relevant province after the products have been added to the cart.

Delivery Time
Once the order has been confirmed, the order will be processed and goods will be dispatched to our courier partners within 1 to 3 workings days depending on the products. We have partnered with multiple courier companies to cater to our delivery needs. The deliveries usually complete within 1-2 working days after goods are received to the courier partners, but we have specified the delivery period as 2-5 working days to ensure that you do not get disappointed in case of unexpected external factors such as political rallies, bad weather conditions, seasonal traffic surges etc…

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers can pay for the orders once it arrives at your door-step via cash payment for orders up-to Rs.20,000/= only. Cash On Delivery (COD) will be charged a flat rate of Rs.50/= for delivery within the whole of Sri Lanka.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the courier service returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you via email, SMS or telephone.

Why are packages occasionally undeliverable?

Incorrect Address
Packages are normally only undeliverable when the address is incorrect or the recipient is not contactable- please check your shipping address and contact number carefully when placing your order. If you are not contactable at the time of delivery, the courier partners may refuse to deliver the package. Should this occur, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Refused by Recipient
If you are sending a gift, it may be a good idea to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way, otherwise they may refuse to accept the package believing that it was sent to them in error. In addition, it is recommended that you inform as well, so that the delivery agent will know that the recipient is not the person who placed the order. This is necessary for security and fraud reasons. Again, should this occur, a re-delivery fee will apply.
